We are a Boston-based startup that offers rapid, self-administered vision diagnostics. Our diagnostics are adaptive to each user’s performance, thus delivering higher resolution results for visual functions. Additionally, we provide visual function tests that are currently unavailable commercially and are only used by specialized research labs.
Dr. Jan Skerswetat (PhD) is the Co-Founder of PerZeption Inc. and serves as the CEO. He is the first in his family to attend university. With a background as a trained optometrist, he has been working in the field of basic and clinical neuro-visual science for the past 10 years as a scientist.
Prof. Peter Bex (PhD) is the Co-Founder of PerZeption Inc. and serves as the CTO. He is the first in his family to have attended university and is a Professor and Chair of the Psychology Department at Northeastern University with expertise in basic and clinical vision science.
